A few things agents ask us.

Straight answers about building and sharing.

How is ReferToday different from my brokerage’s vendor list or a link-in-bio page?

Both of those are lists. They give your client a name and leave the rest to them.

Your brokerage list isn’t really yours—it’s office-wide. It isn’t curated to your clients or your price points, you can’t add the contractor you personally trust, and it doesn’t come with you if you change brokerages. Link-in-bio tools are built for an audience, not for a specific client, and they stop at the click.

ReferToday is your list, branded to you, and it does the handoff. Share one vendor or your whole catalog in a click, or submit your client’s request straight to the business on their behalf. Then see what actually happened—whether your client called a vendor, sent their information, or got the job done. There’s no app for them to download and no need to chase them to find out whether they ever made contact.

How long does setup take?

You can get set up in less than two minutes, and you don’t have to finish your catalog before using it. Add your first few vendors and you can share one with a client right away. Most agents build out the rest over the following couple of weeks, or pull from our trusted marketplace when a category comes up that they don’t have covered.

Want it done for you? Send us your vendor list here, and we’ll build the catalog for you within 24 hours.

Do I need to add this to my website to use it?

No. ReferToday works on its own. You get a link you can text, email, or drop anywhere with one click. There’s nothing to install, no website required, and no help needed from your brokerage’s web team.

If you do have a site, you’re welcome to link to it from there. But you can share your vendors with a client five minutes from now without touching it.

How many vendors should I have on my catalog?

There’s no minimum. The right number is however many you’d personally stand behind. Most agents showcase a handful they truly trust rather than a long list. A short catalog says, “I vouch for these people.” A long one just gives your client more to sort through.

Store as many vendors as you want in the “My Vendors” section and showcase only the ones you want clients to see. Swapping one in or out takes a couple of clicks, and if a client asks for something you don’t have covered, you can pull a vetted vendor from the ReferToday marketplace and add them instantly.

Is there a cost?

No. We’re early and building this alongside our first agents in New York and New Jersey, so your account is completely free—no credit card and no trial clock. Whatever version you have today stays free forever.

Can this be used for brokerages or teams?

Yes. Teams and brokerages get expanded vendor storage for larger lists, branded catalog templates every agent on the team can start from, and analytics that show every referral placed across the brokerage, so you can see what’s actually being sent and where the gaps are.

If not for you... for your clients.
