As an InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspector: I follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice I abide by a strict Code of Ethics, which puts my clients’ interest first. I’m required to continually update my skills, training and education through InterNACHI’s rigorous Continuing Education curriculum. I also offer clients a free re-inspection, consultation, or work-in-progress assessment within 100 days of their initial inspection. Whether building a new home or having a home remodeled, I see how the work is progressing before you pay your contractors. I obey all laws and guidelines that govern my profession, especially those concerning the safety, health and comfort of your home, and my report will reflect how those can be enhanced and improved.
